8oz very soft butter
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup corn starch
Beat butter and powder sugar until smooth. Add Vanilla extract. Sift corn starch and flour. Add Flour mixture to mixer slowly allowing to mix well between adding. Towards the end you may need to remove and kneed flour into dough. Chill dough for 1 hour.
Sprinkle surface with flour and roll dough out until smooth. Use a square cookie cutter, keep the cuttings close (don’t waste any dough). Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Place back in fridge for 10 minutes. Bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes. Let cool completely.
Ice cookies with green icing. Use white icing to make Yard lines. Enjoy!
